The new WAvES µCell is a smaller WAvES CELL designed for installations with space constraints such as VIP helicopters and smaller corporate jets. Please contact Northern Avionics for more information.

The WAvES wPSS system is an integrated solution for a full PSS retrofit on any aircrafts, from VIP/corporate so large wide-body airplanes. It includes wireless PCUs, USB chargers, Call Lights, Reading ligts and all controllers under a simple and modular architecture seamlessly integrated with the rest of the WAvES system. WAvES BT-2 allows to distribute a line audio signal to multiple Bluetooth headsets in the cabin. Each BT-2 supports 2 independent channels and multiple units can be daisy-chained on the same line so that  passengers can listen to the same stream using their own headsets. We are proud to announce the WAvES CP-01 which can be installed in the cockpit (e.g. the pedestal) and allows pilots to directly monitor and control the whole WAvES system. 

The CP-01 is particularly useful for small VIP installations, e.g. VIP helicopters, withoug a flight crew to assist passengers.

Northern Avionics is proud to announce the all-new 2019 monitor line-up for First, Business and Economy Class, consisting of a staggering ten new seat-back sizes from 10.1'' to 42.5''. These monitors feature 4K UHD resolution and include an optional PCU and high-power USB charger. We look forward to see you at our stand 4B32 at Aircraft Interior Expo in Hamburg 2-4 April 2019 for a hands-on demo.

Northern Avionics has completed its first cabin-wide deployment of our new in-seat USB power system on Boeing B767 aircrafts. The USB system is extremely lightweight, simple to install and the ideal complement to the rest of the WAvES product line. Economy Class passengers

can now recharge their devices while enjoying WAvES WiFi In-Flight Entertainment.

WAvES has been awarded its first FAA STC on Boeing B767-300 for a major Star Alliance national airline, Including WiFi, Embedded Business Class monitors, Cabin Monitors and PSS (reading lights and attendant calls)

We are proud to announce that WAvES has successfully been installed on Boeing B767-300 under EASA STC with its first flight of wide-body aircrafts during August 2016.
